English Pea Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
handful of sugar snap peas (about 12)
juice of one meyer lemon
2 oz mezcal
1/2 oz chartreuse
1/2 oz simple syrup
Preparation
Combine sugar snaps and lemon juice in blender and puree until smooth. Strain mixture into cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients to shaker along with ice and shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into cocktail glass.
