Our Iceberg Babies™ are a delicious and unique take on a traditional item. In 2002 we developed a proprietary seed that consistently yields a softball sized culinary wonder.
This is not immature or peeled down conventional iceberg lettuce. Three years of research and development resulted in very specific cultural and harvesting techniques that allow us to provide this extraordinarily consistent and high yield product year round.
Iceberg Babies inspire culinary creativity. Whether reinventing a classic or developing something brand new these Babies will take your menu from ordinary to extraordinary. Iceberg Babies™ from Hitchcock Farms remain the gold standard, always ask for the original.
What started out as an idea in 2002 has evolved into a passion to produce a small, unique one of a kind lettuce consistently. With persistent effort, our proprietary seed and our farming methods we’re able to accomplish this goal and deliver these gems year round.Jeff Hitchcock

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are your fresh Iceberg Babies available year-round?

2. Are Iceberg Babies fully developed vegetables?
Yes. Don’t let their compact size fool you. With a diameter of approximately 5 inches, each head is a mature, crisp and delicious bundle of culinary possibilities.
3. Besides its small size, how is baby iceberg different from regular iceberg lettuce?
