Green Onions
green onions, or scallions are closely related to garlic, shallots, leeks and chives, and have a mild onion flavor.
Typically about 12” long, green onions are delicious both raw and cooked (try them roasted or grilled). Both the green and white parts are edible, with the green part being more mild in flavor, while the white part is sharper and more “onion-y”.
Our green onions are delicately hand bunched in the field, and are available both iced, and iceless.

Shelf Life: 7 to 10 days. Top ice OK.
